Every celebration is unique. Tell us your event date, location, estimated guest count, preferred number of artists, and overall vision. We will create a personalized proposal based on your schedule, tattoo capacity, team size, and selected enhancements.

BOOKING DETAILS & LOGISTICS

  • Investment: All package prices are starting rates. Final proposals are customized according to event location, service hours, artist team, and production details.
  • Retainer: A 30% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve the date.
  • Travel: Travel within Seattle is included. Events outside Seattle are subject to custom travel, lodging, or transport fees.
  • Tattoo Capacity: Most tattoos take approx. 15–30 minutes. For select ultra-small designs, the lead artist may complete up to 3–4 tattoos per hour.
  • Recommended Space: 1 station (~100–120 sq. ft.) • 2 stations (~200 sq. ft.) • 3 stations (~300 sq. ft.).

Small timing adjustments may occasionally occur, but our guest coordinator keeps the experience organized and moving smoothly.
Yes. These are professionally applied permanent tattoos—not temporary transfers or stickers. Each design is created specifically for efficient fine-line application and typically takes approximately 15–30 minutes.
Tattoo stations are carefully positioned and protected with disposable barriers. We also use protective draping when needed and help each guest choose a comfortable position that keeps clothing away from the working area. Once completed, the tattoo is cleaned and covered when appropriate.
Yes. Every participating tattoo artist must hold a current Washington State tattoo artist license. Insurance and event-specific documentation can be provided directly to the venue or event planner when required. Licensing and venue requirements are reviewed individually for each event location.
Yes. Guests can return to dinner, speeches, and the celebration immediately after their appointment. We recommend avoiding direct pressure, rubbing, touching, and excessive sweating around the fresh tattoo. Each guest receives protective covering when appropriate and an individual aftercare kit with care instructions.
All tattooed guests must be at least 18 years old, present valid government-issued photo identification, and complete the required consent form. We recommend avoiding alcohol before the appointment. For safety and informed consent, we will not tattoo anyone who appears visibly impaired. Final service decisions remain at the artist’s discretion.
Space requirements depend on the number of artists and the venue layout:

• 1 tattoo station: approximately 100–120 sq. ft.
• 2 tattoo stations: approximately 200 sq. ft.
• 3 tattoo stations: approximately 300 sq. ft.

We look for a clean, level, dedicated area with appropriate lighting, electrical access, and enough room for artists, assistants, equipment, and scheduled guests. Final placement is coordinated with the venue or event planner in advance.
