SAFETY & STANDARDS.
Our event tattoo stations follow consistent safety and sanitation practices designed to protect guests, artists, and the venue throughout the experience.
Sterile, Single-Use Needles
A new factory-sealed, pre-sterilized needle cartridge is opened for every guest. Disposable ink caps, razors, wipes, and other single-use supplies are safely discarded after each tattoo.
Licensed & BBP-Certified Artists
Every onsite tattoo artist holds an active Washington State tattoo artist license and current bloodborne pathogens certification.
Barrier-Protected & Disinfected Setup
Reusable equipment is covered with fresh disposable barriers, and work surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between every guest. Clean and used materials remain carefully separated.
Second Skin & Personal Aftercare
When suitable, each finished tattoo is covered with breathable Second Skin. Every guest receives an aftercare kit with healing cream and clear care instructions. A non-adhesive option is available for guests with adhesive sensitivities.
Guests must be at least 18 years old, present a valid government-issued photo ID, complete a consent form, and be able to safely receive a tattoo.
We recommend getting tattooed before drinking. Guests must be sober and able to provide informed consent. Our artists may decline to tattoo anyone who appears impaired.
When suitable, the finished tattoo is covered with breathable Second Skin. This helps protect the tattoo and contain normal fluid during the initial healing period. However, no dressing can guarantee that leaking or staining will never occur.
Every guest receives a new factory-sealed, pre-sterilized needle cartridge and fresh single-use supplies. Reusable equipment is barrier-protected, and work surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between guests. Used cartridges are immediately placed in approved sharps containers.
Guests select from a custom flash collection created and approved specifically for your event. The printed flash menu is displayed at the tattoo station for easy browsing.
Guests join the queue using a QR code and receive a text message shortly before their turn. This allows them to enjoy the celebration without standing in line.
Every guest receives an individual aftercare kit with healing cream and clear care instructions. When Second Skin is not suitable, an alternative dressing and appropriate instructions are provided.
We require approximately 120 sq ft for one tattoo station or 200 sq ft for two stations, along with nearby electrical outlets, good lighting, access to handwashing facilities, and a dedicated area away from food service, the bar, and heavy guest traffic. Final requirements depend on the venue layout, number of artists, support staff, and guest count.
